Steve Hammatt, on the road while returning from Hershey 2016.
We live in the beautiful Skagit Valley located mid-way between Seattle and Vancouver B.C., in the northwest corner of Washington State (USA). During the past two plus decades my life-long interest in things automotive has coalesced around the early days of the automobile’s history, specifically the time period when “get a horse” was an actual option for daily transportation. Currently our earliest cars include a well-toured 1914 Overland 79T and a 1916 Overland Touring.
Besides our own cars and of course this very website, I also manage two different mailing lists with a total membership of over eight hundred: BrassBuicks All about early, pre-1916 Buicks. Early Cadillac Group Based on all copper-cylinder Cadillacs (1903-1914).
SHOW DATES
We attend two national swap meets every year.
CHICKASHA SWAP MEET (March 18-19, 2022)
TULARE SWAP MEET (April 23-24, 2022)
If you’re coming to a swap meet and plan ahead, we can fabricate your plate(s) and bring them to a swap meet for personal delivery, saving the shipping costs. Plan to stop by and see examples of plates we’ve made or to just say “Hello”. We also try to attend a number of HCCA tour related events during the year. We hope to meet you sometime soon.
